Mac and Apple support for business
Macs are common in design studios, marketing teams and plenty of ordinary offices, but they are often left unmanaged because the IT setup was built around Windows. We look after Macs, iPhones and iPads with the same care as PCs: enrolled, updated, encrypted, backed up and supported.

Mac & Apple support for business for small and medium businesses
In many offices the Macs are the forgotten machines. The Windows laptops are enrolled, patched and backed up, while the Macs were bought individually, signed in with personal Apple IDs and left to update whenever their owners remember. When someone leaves, their Mac may still be locked to an Apple ID nobody can reach, and the company files on it were never backed up. None of that is a fault of the Mac; it simply was never brought into the business setup.
Apple Business Manager fixes most of this. Devices bought through an authorised channel can be registered to your organisation, so a new Mac or iPhone enrols itself into management the first time it is switched on. From there we push settings, apps and updates, turn on FileVault encryption, set a firmware password policy where appropriate and keep a record of every device. If a Mac is lost or a staff member leaves, it can be locked or wiped and reused without chasing passwords.
Mixed offices need the two worlds to cooperate. We make sure Macs can reach shared files, print to the office printers, sign in to Microsoft 365 with the same company account and join the same Wi-Fi with the same security as everyone else. Mac users get Outlook, Teams and OneDrive set up properly rather than half working, and the support team knows macOS well enough to fix problems instead of suggesting a Windows machine.

Do you support all-Mac offices?
Yes. Plenty of small offices run entirely on Macs, iPhones and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. The same plans apply, and we manage the Macs with Apple's own business tools.
What is Apple Business Manager?
It is a free service from Apple that links company-owned devices to your organisation. Registered devices enrol into management automatically and can be reassigned or wiped when staff leave, without needing the previous user's Apple ID.
Can we add Macs we already own?
Usually, yes. Macs bought through business channels can often be added to Apple Business Manager. Others can still be enrolled into management manually, though with a little less control. We check each one and explain the options.
Do Macs need antivirus?
Macs have good built-in protection, but businesses still benefit from managed security software, encryption, regular updates and monitoring. We apply the same security standard to Macs as to Windows machines.
Will Microsoft 365 work properly on a Mac?
Yes. Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint all run on macOS. Most problems come from setup, such as personal accounts mixed with company ones or OneDrive syncing the wrong folders, and we sort those out.
Can staff use their own iPhones for work email?
Yes. Work apps can be managed on personal iPhones so company data stays separate and can be removed when someone leaves, without touching their personal photos or messages.
Are Macs covered by the monthly plans?
Yes. Macs, iPhones and iPads are supported under the same per-user plans as Windows devices, so there is no separate charge for Apple support.
