New Zealand
Offices in other cities are supported remotely on the same plans, with planned project visits quoted in advance. Remote.
Onsite or remote: how it works
Most IT problems are solved remotely. With your permission a technician connects to the computer, finds the cause and fixes it while you watch, which is faster than waiting for someone to drive across town. That is how we support every customer first, wherever they are.
Some jobs need hands: a new starter's desk, a failed switch, Wi-Fi that won't reach the back office, cabling, a printer that won't talk to anyone. In Auckland and Hamilton our technicians come on site for those. The Complete plan includes unlimited onsite support in the service area; the Managed plan includes onsite time each month; pay-as-you-go visits are $159 an hour plus GST.
Outside Auckland and Hamilton we support offices remotely on the same plans. Onsite work there is planned project work, such as an office move, a network upgrade or a new server, booked and quoted in writing first. Many offices outside our onsite area already work this way, with a local electrician or a staff member handling the occasional cable swap under a technician's guidance.
Auckland and Hamilton
Across Auckland our technicians cover the city centre and fringe suburbs, the North Shore business parks, the West Auckland town centres and the big industrial areas of South and East Auckland, from Penrose and Onehunga to East Tamaki, Highbrook, Wiri and the airport. In the Waikato we cover Hamilton and its business areas such as Te Rapa and Frankton, with visits to the towns around it booked from Hamilton. Travel within these areas is not charged separately.
What every area gets
The same plans and prices apply everywhere: Essentials at $69, Managed at $119 and Complete at $169 per user per month plus GST. Every customer gets a named technician, a written record of how their systems are set up, security that is switched on and checked, and backups that are tested. The only difference between areas is how onsite work is delivered.
Each area page explains the local business mix and what that means for IT, from warehouse Wi-Fi in the industrial estates to heritage offices with awkward cabling and shared buildings in the city centres. Pick your area to see the services available there.
