Terms of service

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website exclude GST unless stated. Projects are quoted in writing before work starts.

Plans

Managed IT plans run month to month and can be ended with 30 days' written notice. Users are counted on the first of each month.

Your data

You own your data, documentation and admin access. When a plan ends we hand these over in an orderly way.

Electrical work

We carry out low-voltage data work only. Mains electrical work is done by a registered electrician.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies. For business customers the Act is excluded to the extent the law allows.
