Microsoft 365 for small and medium businesses
Microsoft 365 is where most offices now keep their email, files and calendars. It is powerful, but the defaults leave plenty to be desired: shared files end up in one person's OneDrive, leavers' mailboxes disappear, and security features you are already paying for sit switched off.
We set it up the way a business needs. Shared files live in SharePoint libraries that belong to the company, not a person. Teams is organised around how you actually work. Sign-in is protected, mail is filtered and everything is backed up outside Microsoft.
If you are moving from another email system, an old server or Google Workspace, we plan the move so mail keeps flowing. Staff arrive in the morning to find their email, calendar and files already in place.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Most offices need Business Standard for the desktop apps and Teams, or Business Premium if they want stronger security and device management. Frontline and Basic suit staff who only need email.
Will we lose email during the move?
No. We copy existing mail first, then switch delivery at a quiet time and copy the last few messages, so nothing is lost.
Can you buy the licences for us?
Yes, or you can keep buying them yourself. Either way we manage them and make sure you aren't paying for unused seats.
Is Microsoft 365 backed up already?
Microsoft keeps deleted items for a limited time. That is not a backup. A separate backup protects you from accidental deletion, ransomware and departing staff.
How long does a migration take?
A small office usually moves over a few days with the switch done in one evening. Larger file migrations are planned in stages.
Do you support Google Workspace too?
Yes. If Google suits you better we support it, and we move businesses in either direction.
