Is it worth having a backup internet connection?
If losing the internet stops orders, dispatch or payments, it usually is. A mobile backup that switches over automatically is affordable for most small sites, and we confirm the signal at your premises before quoting.
How much does managed IT cost?
Our plans are $69, $119 and $169 per user per month plus GST. A user is one person; their computer and phone are included. We recommend the $119 Managed plan for most offices. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
What if we already have an IT person?
We can work alongside them. Co-managed IT gives your person our tools, security and backup and a team to call on for projects and leave cover.
How do we switch from our current provider?
We arrange the handover. We collect admin access and documentation, check backups and security on day one and tell you what we found. Your team keeps working while we take over.
