We set up a simple process to create accounts with only the access they need, and remove them at the end of the season. Shared devices can be locked down so seasonal staff only see the apps they use.
How much does managed IT cost?

How quickly do you respond?
Requests are picked up during business hours in the order of urgency. Anything stopping work, such as no internet or a locked-out account, goes to the front of the queue.
What is not included?
Hardware, software licences and projects such as an office move, new server or full cabling job. Those are quoted in writing first, with no surprise invoices.
