Can you run network cabling to a yard or gatehouse?
Yes, using outdoor-rated cable or fibre where there's a practical route, or a wireless link where trenching isn't sensible. It is low-voltage data work only, surveyed and quoted first.
How do we secure shared computers used by shift staff?
Each person signs in with their own account, the device is locked down to the apps they need, and it updates itself. That keeps shared machines working and traceable without slowing shift changes.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Most offices need Business Standard for the desktop apps and Teams, or Business Premium if they want stronger security and device management. Frontline and Basic suit staff who only need email.
Is Microsoft 365 backed up already?
Microsoft keeps deleted items for a limited time. That is not a backup. A separate backup protects you from accidental deletion, ransomware and departing staff.
Will we lose email during the move?
No. We copy existing mail first, then switch delivery at a quiet time and copy the last few messages, so nothing is lost.
Can you buy the licences for us?
Yes, or you can keep buying them yourself. Either way we manage them and make sure you aren't paying for unused seats.
