Leasing suits offices that print a lot and want service and toner bundled in. Buying can be cheaper for lower volumes. We compare the real cost over the term, including the cost-per-page charges that are easy to miss.
Why did scan to email suddenly stop?
Usually because Microsoft retired an older sign-in method the copier relied on. The fix is to move scanning to a supported method, such as a dedicated connector or relay, rather than weakening security on an account.
